JDC Training On The Application Of Artificial Intelligence (AI) In Management And Operations

On November 20th, 2024, JDC held a specialized training session on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business management and operations. This training aims to enhance the annual planning process and provides a significant opportunity for all employees to improve their knowledge and skills in AI, expanding their ability to integrate technology into their work.

This training aims to enhance the annual planning process and provides a significant opportunity for all employees to improve their knowledge and skills in AI, expanding their ability to integrate technology into their work.  

The goal of the course is to build knowledge on AI and digital transformation for employees, aligning with JDC's development direction in the ongoing process of digital transformation and the integration of technology in management and operational processes. Participants were provided with a comprehensive overview of Artificial intelligence, how AI can be applied in daily work, the tools and skills required to implement AI effectively and how to enhance work productivity.

The training session began with an introduction to AI, where participants learned about the history and the transformative impact of AI on the world. The trainer not only shared theoretical knowledge but also illustrated it with practical examples to help employees understand how AI can support their work more effectively. Employees were introduced to various AI tools that can assist with tasks such as text generation, email composition, automating Excel files and creating PowerPoint slides more efficiently by using accurate prompts. Thanks to AI, employees now have additional tools to express ideas in a more dynamic, clear, and engaging manner, promoting smoother and more efficient workflows.

Another key topic covered in the training was AI in management and operations. AI’s ability to automate processes helps reduce processing time, enhances transparency and improves efficiency. Furthermore, AI can analyze complex data, provide quick and accurate decision-making and support JDC in managing data and building modern, user-friendly management and operational processes that ensure information security. Participants were shown how to use AI to manage data, detect errors in workflows and propose timely corrective actions. This helps employees realize the tremendous potential of technology in reducing repetitive tasks and improving efficiency, particularly in Customer service and sales processes.

At the conclusion of the training, participants gained a clear understanding of AI and felt more confident in applying AI to their work.
