Sales Admin
Responsibility:
- Track current contracts by allocation
- Take care of existing customers and find new customers
- Performing the Admin jobs for the Sales department including:
• Making letter of introduction, offer, bidding documents, contract, DNTC ...
• Making orders and tracking orders
• Arrange and archive BP Business documents in accordance with ISO regulations
• Update information and track customers
• Making effective monthly payroll of BPKD
• Make reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on the work and sales of BP Business before 5pm every Thursday
• Support other departments (if any)
- Perform other jobs as required by the Head of the department within the functions, powers and responsibilities of the sales department
Requirements:
Graduating from college or higher
- 1 year experience in the same position (service, direct selling is an advantage)
- Good skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Confidence, ambition and desire to challenge yourself in new fields
- English proficiency: Toeic from 350 points or more (or by C)
- Be hard-working, hard-working, enthusiastic, honest, progressive, and have good personal discipline
- Age from 26
