Sales Manager

Responsibility:
1. Operating operations of the sales department: human resource management, staff coordination, staff training
- Letters of introduction, quotation, bidding documents, contracts, ..
- Construction survey
- Arrange and store Sales documents
- Update information and follow up and find new customers
- Current customer care
- Consulting customers the company's services
- Effective salary of sales department
- Develop sales promotion programs
- QA / QC logistic scheduled
- Weekly work report, monthly revenue
2. Proposed monthly import orders
3. Ensuring that revenue and profit are delivered monthly, quarterly or annually
4. Perform other jobs as requested by superiors
Requirements:
- Intermediate or higher graduation
- Priority has experience in an equivalent position, specialized in chemicals, machinery, food technology ...
- Have good Word and Excel skills
- English proficiency: toeic from 350 points or more, good communication
- Honest, enthusiastic, progressive
- Age from 25 years old
